Virtual Reiki Healing Session

This Reiki session will help to improve the flow and balance of energy within your body. This is for the modern woman who is trying to do it all and wants support; the Reiki energy will assist you in healing your mind, body and spirit.   

Reiki is a healing modality that originated in Japan, which literally means universal life force energy. This high vibrational love energy helps to promote relaxation, wellness and peace. It can help calm the mind, balance your chakras & assist your body to heal pain within itself. 

In this virtual session Shari will be sending you Reiki energy for fifteen minutes. She will focus on assessing any blockages along your seven chakras, from there she'll release any blocked energy & replace these spaces with Reiki healing energy. 

After your session is scheduled, you'll receive an email to confirm your appointment & instructions on how to prepare for your session.

Don't worry, all you need to do is the following:

-Find a quiet & safe space to sit down or lay down

-Get comfortable~ grab a blanket, an eye mask or anything else to help you feel more relaxed

-Be open to receive

What should I expect to feel during my session~

-You could feel warm, cold or tingling. 

-You could see colors or images, whatever you experience or see is meant for you & totally okay. 

-You might not experience any of these things and that's okay too, don't worry the energy is still flowing ❤️
